A gently flared shape brings a sense of ease to our cotton Cecily top. Scattered with a floral pattern designed by East Sussex-based artist Emma Carlow, created using a discharge method which removes or 'discharges' the original colour of the fabric to create the pattern. The gathered neck secures with slender ties at the back.
